Who we are
Our delivery service/shipping costs
Your delivery takes place as soon as possible. However we are actively involved in much voluntary work for developing countries. Therefore we sometimes ship only once a week. No „Last-Minute-Orders“ please. Please expect a delivery time of approximately 7 to 10 days (Germany), 14 days (Europe), 2 months (World).
Shipping and handling
Germany: 5 €
Europe: Value of goods up to 100 € - 10 €, above 20 €
Worldwide: Value of goods up to 100 € - 20 €, above: 30 €
Minimum order value
20 € per order plus shipping costs
Upon request we will send you a pro forma invoice.
Delivery: The delivery of the goods fundamentally takes place by the Deutsche Post AG.
You have the option to select and order products on our website.
We will also gladly send you the order list via e-mail or mail. With your order you indicate your acceptance to our shown prices and general terms and conditions. Deviating provisions only apply if explicitly accepted by us. The contract with us only comes about as soon as we confirm your order by sending the goods to you. Please understand that we can only supply you if the goods are in stock.
We kindly request you to generally order by mail (in case of emergency also informal), by order form or e-mail (not by fax). Questions and feedbacks preferably should be sent by e-mail. The receipt of your e-mail is confirmed within two days. Our telephone is connected to an answering machine.
Please only call us
- in urgent cases, or
- if no computer is available, or
- if you have not received an answer to your e-mail after 2 days
- if you have not received your order (in Germany) after 10 days.
Our prices include the statutory value-added tax and remain valid until the next offer is presented. The mentioned quotations are based to the best of our knowledge. Nevertheless, should our offer ever contain a mistake, e.g. error, writing or calculation error, we reserve the right to calculate the correct price. In this case we certainly grant you an immediate right of withdrawal, if you do not agree with this.
Your quantity discount
On the price list you see the reduced prices for orders of larger quantities. We ask for demand of a price suggestion for even larger quantities.
How do you pay?
We request an advance payment from launch customers as well as basically for all foreign orders. Please do not pay before you receive the invoice. Otherwise (and creditworthiness provided) we attach the invoice to the delivery. Please pay the bill immediately after receipt of the goods.
Reservation of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
Right of cancellation: You can revoke your contractual declaration within two weeks without stating reasons in written form (e.g. letter, e-mail) or by returning the products. Herb packages cannot be returned. The deadline starts after the receipt of this instruction earliest and not prior to the day you have received the shipment. The timely dispatch of the cancellation or the products is sufficient for keeping the cancellation period. The revocation must be sent to: teemana, Paulinenstr. 23, 71364 Winnenden.
Consequences of cancellation: In case of an effective revocation, the received services are to be compensated on both sides and benefits that may have been derived (e.g. interest) are to be returned. If you can compensate the received service completely or partially not or only in deteriorated condition, you are obliged to render compensation for value to us. In case of surrender of goods this does not apply if the deterioration of the product exclusively is due to its inspection – just as it would have been possible for you in a regular shop. Apart from that you can avoid the obligation of compensation by not using the goods like your own property and refrain from everything that reduces its value. You have to bear the shipping costs for return if the delivered goods comply with the ordered ones and if the price of the product that has to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 Euros, or (in case of a higher price of the product) if you have not paid the consideration or a contractually agreed part payment yet. Otherwise the return is free of charge for you. The obligation for reimbursement of payments has to be implemented within 30 days after dispatch of your declaration of revocation. End of cancellation policy.
What else is important?
Data protection: Your personal data is in good hands with us: According to our fundamental conviction we never provide your addresses or personal data to other companies. Our data protection practices are in accordance with the German Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz; BDSG) as well as with the Teleservice Data Protection Act (Teledienstedatenschutzgesetz).
teemana itself is not allowed to answer to any medical question. If, however, we receive such questions, we may in exceptional cases pass it to a volunteer counselor who is subject to medical confidentiality.
Price changes as well as errors in text and image expected. All rights to the used texts, photos, drawings and the graphic design reserved by teemana. Every reproduction or other use except personal use or for teaching purposes is inadmissible without our explicit agreement.
Informations about herbs: Herbs with medical effects are to be kept safe and out of reach of children. Herbs with medical effects can also have undesirable effects. As far as application and preparation instructions are given, they derive from the literature and are exclusively used for research purposes. They are in no way to be seen as guideline, only the medical advice remains decisive. For a use without medical advice we do not accept any liability. Therefore we recommend to use herbs for prevention or treatment only after instruction by a doctor or alternative practitioner. We cannot guarantee or be liable for effectiveness as well as for improper application.
Concerning Resale: It is forbidden to publish the name "anamed" "A-3" or "teemana" or any other name that could be understood as referring to Teemana. This applies to the description of your offer both on the internet and on paper, e.g. in brochures, advertising, packaging or leaflets.
